Please note that orders over 100 Francs will be sent against signature, please provide us with a delivery address where  you may recieve the goods during regular working hours.

Nine francs billing and freight will be added to most orders. Human bandages and other smaller items with a total value below 100 francs are charged six francs billing and freight. Heavy items may differ. Horse food bags are not sent out, you are welcome to pick them up. we can organize a delivery for you at your expenses. Orders sent by parcel service over 600 francs are free of freight charge within Switzerland.

Export to neighbouring countries, make sure to you put in your country while filling out the form. All export sales invoice-prepayment only,  freight will be charged according to weight and country,  not less than 15 francs

Horse food bags will not be sent by parcel service. You are welcome to pick it up, no delivery service.
